Lille
Lille is a former Flemish city and has become a hub of European culture. It is home to the grand architecture and cobbled streets of Vieux Lille, the Neo-Gothic cathedral Notre Dame de la Treille and the Hospice Comtesse Museum, which houses a collection of Flemish art, furniture and ceramics.

Getting there
Getting to Lille couldn't be easier – just hop onto one of the regular Eurostar connections at London St Pancras to Lille Europe station, which is an easy 500m walk from Lille city centre).
Eurostar has second class (also known as standard class) and two types of first class: 'Business Premier' and 'Leisure Select'. Business Premier offers flexible tickets, access to executive lounges and a 10 minute minimum check-in. Leisure Select offers much cheaper fares but no flexibility, a 30 minute minimum check-in and no access to lounges.
The seating in both types of first class is identical, with meals included and all of Eurostar is completely non-smoking. All Eurostar trains were refurbished with a new interior design between autumn 2004 and autumn 2005.
